Binaural Beats as an All Natural Sleep Aid

0

Thanks to busy lifestyles, unbalanced health, as well as emotional and mental stress sleep is becoming harder and harder to come by. For some going to bed at night is an agonizing process because they know they will have to lay there for hours before fitfully falling to sleep. Some people wake up constantly throughout the night and getting out of bed in the morning can be a painfully tiresome experience.

Drug companies are making an absolute fortune off of people’s lack of sleep as the advertisements on television constantly show sleeping pills that promise a sound nights sleep as well as many worrisome side effects.

If you are having trouble sleeping and it is beginning to greatly affect your daily life then it is easy to get caught in this vicious cycle that seemingly can only be stopped through the use of sleeping pills.

The problem is that sleeping pills eventually can stop working for you and you then have to increase your dose to be able to fall asleep. This is a very hard cycle to stop once you start it.

What are the Alternatives?

There are many different techniques that can be used to help with sleep. Some of these techniques are:

  • Meditation
  • Hypnosis
  • Yoga
  • Advanced breathing techniques

The problem of course is that all of these techniques take a fair amount of time. When part of the problem is that we are already suffering from extremely busy schedules and far too much mind chatter, these methods can seem unrealistic.

One very popular alternative that has been proven to work in a very short period of time is through the use of binaural beats and brainwave entrainment.

How do Binaural Beats Help with Sleep?

When you purchase a binaural beat recording it will either come in MP3 format or on a CD. Whichever one you choose to purchase make sure you listen to the audio with a simple pair of stereo headphones in order for them to be most effective.

Binaural beats will help to coax the brain into the right frequency for sleep. By tuning into your recording once you are in bed you can literally be coaxed into a deep and natural sleep within thirty minutes if not less. You can do this without the use of pills and without any awful side effects.

By using the binaural beats every night you will slowly train your brain to go into deep sleep without any external form of stimulation. The process will become natural for you and you will likely sleep better then you ever have before.

My Experience with Brainwave Entrainment for Sleep

The reason I first tried brainwave entrainment products several years ago was to help to calm my body and mind and allow me to fall asleep easily. I used monaural beats at the time and was amazed at how quickly they worked for me. I didn’t understand at that time exactly how it worked but it definitely worked.

I used them to fall asleep but I also used them to help with allergic reactions. I used to react quite severely to different foods and environments and when I was mid reaction it would be very difficult to bring my body out of the sympathetic state (fight or flight). The brainwave entrainment products would calm me down within minutes and I would usually fall asleep whether it was night time or not.

3 Different Types of Brainwave Entrainment Products for Sleep

Brainwave entrainment makes an excellent all natural sleep aid that is 100% safe and effective. Binaural beats work well but you can also choose monaural beats or isochronic tones as a sleep aid. Isochronic tones are essentially the most powerful and effective, then monaural beats, then the binaural beats. Each one of these are worth using, they simply work at different levels. If I had the choice today I would definitely use the isochronic tones.

The best place that I know of to get brainwave entrainment products for sleep is The Unexplainable Store.  They have an MP3 download or CD that is specifically for sleep.
