Best Binaural Beats for Traveling

When you are searching for and trying out different binaural beats traveling may not be the first thing that comes to mind. However in my experience I have found that binaural beats brainwave audios are the perfect traveling accessory and there are certain recordings that are best suited for your travels.

Why Use Binaural Beats While Traveling?

Although traveling is typically exciting and fun, it can also be exhausting and stressful at times. I have found that listening to my binaural beats while on an airplane, on a road trip (if you are the passenger), on a train, on a boat, or anywhere else for that matter can do wonders for your state of mind and your relaxation.

Listening to binaural beats while traveling will:

  • calm the body
  • clear the mind
  • put you into a relaxed state
  • help you fall asleep
  • help to pass the time away
  • help calm down any allergic reactions to food or environment
  • and leave you feeling good and refreshed

I initially brought my binaural beats along with me on a trip to Hawaii in order to calm me on the airplane and help me fall asleep. I usually have a really hard time sleeping on an airplane and without sleep, the trip can seem very long and tiring.

The binaural beats worked so well that I fell asleep within the first hour of the flight and before I knew it we were landing.

After that trip, my binaural beats became a regular staple during my travels.

I find them not only useful for plane rides (or car, bus or train rides) but also great for chilling out after a long day of exploring. They really help to relax and refresh you before continuing on with evening events.

I often find that while traveling I get a little bit out of balance with the different eating, sleeping and regular schedule. My binaural beat audios keep me in a state of well being and overall simply help me to enjoy, be in the moment and have a great time.

Which Binaural Beats are Best for Traveling?

Although you can really use any binaural beats recording, I have found a few to really do the trick.

The recordings for specific things such as lucid dreaming, telepathy, astral projection, etc. are all really fun to use and if you want to work on those things while traveling then by all means go for it.

However for specific traveling purposes I much prefer the standard brainwave mp3’s that are tuned for:

  1. Sleep
  2. Relaxation
  3. Anxiety Aid
  4. and if you need a pick-me-up then the Energy recording is great too

Each of these specific recordings will accomplish the goal of relaxing your mind and body, help you to fall asleep if you need to as well as leave you feeling balanced and ready to enjoy your trip.  They can all be found at The Unexplainable Store and are anywhere from 10 – 30 minutes long. They can be downloaded and stored on your MP3 player, iPod or smart phone and listened to any time you need them.

I can’t tell you enough what a difference they make for keeping my travels smooth, relaxed and stress-free.
