Simple Meditation with Binaural Beats

I have been interested in meditation for many years and like many people these days, I am very aware of the benefits that come along with regular meditation practice. I used to be much more disciplined with my meditation routine but found that over time I began to lose interest.

I need meditation to be easy in order to keep going with it and I found that binaural beats provide me with the perfect simple meditation as well as the great benefits of a deep meditation session.

Reason’s I Meditate

I am an active person who tends to get bored easily. I am able to sit and relax and meditate but truth be told, I have a hard time sitting for too long. I have used meditation for many reasons throughout my life including:

  • To relax
  • To connect with the universe
  • To connect with nature
  • To connect with my spirit guides
  • To enter past life regressions
  • To improve my health
  • To use imagery to clear negative energy from my body
  • To connect with myself and feel my own power
  • To simply breathe

Yes I have used it for almost everything and I have actually become quite good at it. Even though it is nice to escape to another reality for part of the day, the truth is that I live in THIS world and my days (like everyone else’s) are very busy. It can be very difficult to fit in the time to practice meditation.

I know that if something is important enough then we tend to make the time for it. I decided that meditation was a priority for me but it needed to be simple meditation that didn’t take up much of my day and that was easy to do. I knew I needed something to keep my focus and luckily I found binaural beats and brainwave entrainment to be just the thing.

Binaural Beats for Simple Meditation

Why do binaural beats make meditation so easy? Anyone who has tried meditation likely knows that it is not always easy to sit, close your eyes and completely tune out the world. The mind is a powerful tool and it can also be very destructive. Mind chatter can be practically impossible to ignore and even harder to stop altogether.

What binaural beats do is they work directly with the brain frequencies in order to help us reach altered states of consciousness. All one has to do is sit down in a quiet spot, put on your headphones, plug into your binaural beats audio and listen to a series of tones and pulses.

Amazingly in a very short period of time the mind chatter will stop, the body will relax and the conscious mind will step aside to allow you to tap directly in to your subconscious mind.

Binaural beats offer the simplest form of meditation there is and the best part is that you get all the benefits of deep theta meditation that one would normally only get from years of meditation practice and discipline.

I personally will plug in to my binaural beats or brainwave entrainment software mostly when I go to bed at night. I get twenty to thirty minutes of good meditation time in and then usually I will promptly fall asleep. Simple, easy and the benefits are intense.

Where to get Binaural Beats for Simple Meditation

There are a couple of really fantastic brainwave entrainment products on the market. What you want to look for are companies that offer not only binaural beats but also monaural beats and isochronic tones. These tend to be the most powerful types of brainwave entrainment.

If you can regularly use your binaural beat recordings you will find that meditation will become something that is not only enjoyable but also something you look forward to. That is what I found the most… instead of it actually being a little bit stressful to try and make the time to meditate, I found that I really looked forward to plugging into my binaural beats because the effects were so immediate.
